  • Overview


    The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to retain current customers and to identify future customers. The Sales Manager will also participate in marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.



    • Support market strategies and goals within assigned region
    • Identify and close new sales opportunities
    • Establish relationships with current and prospective customers
    • Manage and grow existing accounts
    • Track sales activity in SalesForce
    • Research and maintain list of potential customers
    • Determine customer needs based on market research
    • Follow-up on sales leads
    • Track industry trends and technical developments impacting target markets
    • Work with technical team to ensure data is accurate
    • Secure new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts
    • Coordinate with operations team
    • Ensure customer expectations are managed appropriately
    • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
    • Represent Bosque Disposal Systems, LLC in a professional and ethical manner
    • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job


    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities

    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
    • 2-5 years sales experience
    • Experience in Oil & Gas industry or other applicable industries
    • Proven record of success in sales
    • Ability to sell and provide solutions
    • Excellent negotiating, communication, and computer skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Understanding commercial and contract language
    • Technical aptitude
    • Ability to coach others
    • Ability to travel to and navigate frac locations (25% - 50% travel)


    • Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Water Treatment or Chemical Industry
    • Prior experience in Completions or Fracking


    • Field/site environment with visits to field locations
    • Office environment with desk 
    • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and must be worn when on yards & jobsite locations:
      • Safety Glasses, Hard hats, FR Clothing and other as required by customer.
    • Light to moderate physical effort required
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Regularly required to walk, reach and move about the facility
    • Able to drive a vehicle for extended periods of time
    • Able to work around hazardous chemicals and in Oil & Gas Operational conditions
    • Ability to be present at field office during denoted work hours, which may be altered occasionally to accommodate delivery of programs
    • Ability to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, instructions and guidelines
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
